Yes. The minimum term for the £35 monthly service is one month.
Is the monthly price the same for every package?
Yes. Every package is £35 a month after the one-off setup payment.
Can I add an extra later?
Yes. You do not have to add everything during your first purchase.
What counts as a reasonable update?
Small changes such as updating text, contact details, services or project photos are included. We agree a separate price before any major new section or redesign.
Can I receive a refund for the website build?
Yes. The one-off website setup payment can be refunded at any point before you approve the website and it is made live. Once the website has been approved and made live, the build payment is no longer refundable.
When does the 48-hour period begin?
It begins when your required website brief has been completed and submitted. Weekends are not included in the 48-hour period.
